- 12 locations running a legacy POS, separate inventory tool, Shopify for online orders, and a fourth CRM for loyalty.
- Order-to-kitchen time averaged 4 minutes 12 seconds — every extra minute at service costs table turns.
- Talabat/Careem/Deliveroo orders synced every 12 hours; overselling incidents on best-sellers averaged 28 per month.
- VAT filing took a 3-day scramble every quarter across 4 systems.
What we built
- Phased Dine OS rollout: inventory + customer platform first (month 1–3), then ecommerce (month 4), then POS one location at a time (months 5–8).
- Direct Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, Noon Food API integration with sub-60-second inventory sync.
- Kitchen Display System (KDS) with station routing and priority flagging.
- Unified loyalty across in-store + online with WhatsApp receipt + earn/burn.
What actually happened
- Order-to-kitchen dropped to 38 seconds average — table turns up ~14% across dinner services.
- Aggregator overselling incidents dropped to zero within 6 weeks of go-live.
- VAT filing went from 3 days to a 30-minute review of a single generated report.
- Loyalty program active users grew 3x in the first quarter post-launch.
